Gaming gets better and better each year. Lenovo’s laptops also get better and better each year. This year, they added the Legion Y720 to their arsenal of gaming laptops. Legion is a sub-brand of Lenovo that focuses on the best gaming laptops, and that includes the VR-ready Y720.

The Y720 offers a UHD (3840×2160) display, which enables gamers to have a clear and beautiful gaming experience. The display is also anti-glare, which allows you to game in brighter environments than a regular display. The display is only as good as the built-in graphics, however, which is why Lenovo went with up to GTX 1060 graphics. They also wanted to add to the experience by including Dolby Atmos sound built right in. Overall, this laptop seems like it’s going to be a beast, especially since the Y720 has the option to come with a built-in Xbox One wireless receiver.

Here are some of the specifications we look forward to in the Y720:

  • Intel Core i7 Processor
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
  • Up to 16GB RAM
  • up to 512GB SSD or 2TB HDD
  • 15.6″ FHD (1920×1080) or UHD (3840×2160) display
  • 5 hour battery life

We always look forward to seeing new gaming laptops, and from the spec list and feature list, I don’t think this one will be overlooked. The Lenovo Legion will be on sale starting in April at around $1,399.99.
