Back when Google unveiled their latest smartphones, the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P, they gave us a preview of their upcoming tablet, the Pixel C. Google promised the device would go up for sale before the holidays and as of today they’ve fulfilled their promise. The Pixel C is now up for sale on the Google Store with a starting price of $499. Specs on the Pixel C are as follows:

  • 10.2″ 2560×1800 LTPS LCD Display

  • Maxwell GPU
  • 3GB RAM
  • 32GB or 64GB Storage
  • 8MP Rear Camera/2MP Front Camera

The tablet features an all metal design not unlike the Chromebook Pixel. This is the first tablet made from the ground up by Google. Pricing lands at $499 for the 32GB model and $599 for the 64GB model.  If you’re looking to do some serious work with this tablet, there is also an official wireless keyboard that connects to the C using magnets.
