iOS 8.4 Update Now Available With Apple Music Included

Apple has just released the latest version of iOS, iOS 8.4. This new update has a few small changes here and there, but the primary change is the addition of the updated Apple Music app.

The updated music app has an overhauled design and is capable of using the new Apple Music subscription service. It can also use the new 24/7 streaming radio, Beats 1 which has also launched today.

Other changes to iOS 8.4 include built-in audiobook playback in the iBooks app (which includes compatibility with CarPlay). Textbooks made using iBooks Author will also now be available on the iPhone. The update also fixes the popular text string bug that surfaced last month.

If you want to take advantage of the new Apple Music app in iOS 8.4, you can sign up for a free three-month free trial with pricing starting at $9.99. You can have up to 6 other users on your Apple Music plan for just an extra $5 per month.

iOS 8.4 is available right now as an OTA update on the iPhone 4S and up as well as the iPad 2 and up. The update requires a little over 200mb to download and install. The size varies on each device.
