LG has steadily been increasing the number of phones they’ve sold each year. The G3 beat the G2 and now LG is betting that the G4 will beat the success of the G3. The G3 has sold about 6-7 million units and was the company’s most successful smartphone ever. However LG has bigger goals for the G4. They’re aiming for 10 million units by the close of 2015.

A company official speaking at MWC 2015 said that the company is aiming for this goal and in order to acheieve it they will further push promotion of the phone in key locations in the USA, Europe, and Korea.

LG Electronics aims to achieve the 10 million sales target of the G4 smartphone, which will be unveiled next month. Specifications of the G4 and changes we’ve made had been briefed to top outlet channels and European carriers during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) fair
