Google Calendar For Android Adds 7 Day View

Google Calendar For Android Adds 7 Day View
1 min read

Google Calendar for Android has just been updated. Users feedback has been the driving force for these changes.  The first change is the addition of a 7-day week view, which allows users to see more of their schedule as well as a better overview of what their week looks like.

In addition, you are now able to add Google Drive files to events, control visibility of your G+ Contact Birthdays, view week numbers, and import .ics files.  The visibility settings for G+ Birthdays will also be rolling out the web version in the next week. It should be noted, these changes are specific to Android as the Google Calendar team has stated they are still working on the iOS updates.

I think these are all welcome changes, and it is great to hear that Google does listen to their users and make changes based on feedback. What are your thoughts on these changes?
