Well it’s not official, Sony is bringing their latest flagship, the Xperia Z3, to the United States. More specifically to Verizon Wireless. We’ve heard numerous rumors that this would happen, and today the company made it official.

For $199 on a two-year contract, you can get the Xperia Z3V, Verizon’s exclusive variant of this device, in black or white. With an aluminum frame, glass back, an IP68 water resistance rating and a 5.2″ inch display, this is definitely a device worth considering. Verizon is also offering a bundle with this device selling the Xperia Z3V and Xperia Z2 Tablet both on their network. If you get both you’ll save $200 on the group. As an addition specifically for Verizon Sony threw in built in Qi wireless charging on this device. I’m seriously going to consider this device. You’ll be able to get your hands on the phone starting October 23rd. Will you get it?

Sony Xperia Z3 Specs

  • 5.2″ inch 1080p Display
  • Snapdragon 801 Processor
  • 3GB RAM
  • IP68 Water Resistant
  • Qi Wireless Charging
  • 20.7 MP Rear Camera
