Vion Icon Pack Review

Vion Icon Pack Review

I’m an icon pack fan, but since I’ve picked up my LG G3, I haven’t been using them much. However one upcoming pack caught my eye and I just had to check it out. Vion is the name and it’s available now in the Google Play store. With a fresh new design and plenty of unique and frankly awesome wallpapers, this is a great pack to pick up.

The design of the icons themselves is very different. Instead of having each icon conform to a specific shape like many other packs, Vion features a design that shows off the icon with a transparent background. Each icon is individually crafted and they all look very nice. Almost every app I use has an icon and each is well designed. Almost 2,400 icons are available in the pack so almost all of your icons should be included too. The only icons I didn’t see included in my pre-release pack were newer or lesser known apps. Some games were also not included. Colors are muted, but still look great. The whole pack actually reminds me of a painting. That’s only further emphasized by the wallpapers.

Speaking of the wallpapers, there are 57 of them. I should note that in my pre-release copy I didn’t see them all. However the ones I was able to see were all very well designed and really complimented the icons very well. Another huge plus with these wallpapers is that they are stored in the cloud rather than on the device which saves storage space on the device.

Vion is available now on Google Play for $1.99 and has a matching set of Zooper widgets which can be picked up free of charge. If you’re looking for a great icon pack, I’d definitely recommend giving these a look.
