YouTube’s New Commenting System Is Beginning To Roll Out Now

YouTube announced a couple months ago that a new commenting system would soon be coming to the service soon. The new system is powered by Google+ and makes the way you see comments more relevant to you by showing you comments from people in your circles first. You can even limit comments to only those in your circles, excluding everyone else. You can also choose the audience your comment will appear too by choosing public, your circles, or specific people. Similar to Gmail, comments are threaded so you can easily follow a conversation.

Content creators will also be benefiting with the new system.  Channel owners will be able to easier moderate the comments section. New tools also allow you block specific words or automatically allow certain fans to post comments.

For those of you who haven’t connected your YouTube channel to a Google+ account/page you may want to do it soon because this new system will make things just a bit harder without it. You can check out a video below showing off the new system.
